The last month of the year. Countdowns have begun. One can no longer shake her head in disgust at the too-early holiday music in the stores (although one can think she’s heard “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” a few too many times already).
Here’s a little something to add to the finished pile, and to support my Handmade hopes for the holidays:

Mittens for my sister-in-law. (I don’t think she reads the blog…if you do, sorry to spoil the surprise!) Basic Cabled Mittens (pattern on Ravelry) slightly modified to center the cable, using Cascade 220 on size 6 needles. Super easy, super fast, and hopefully super warm!
